1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 1SCOR mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including club administrators, scorers, and players.

2. Description of Service

1SCOR is a professional scoring and live streaming platform for snooker and billiards. The Service includes:

• Live match scoring from an Android mobile device
• Real-time score display on Smart TVs and Android TV devices
• Live streaming to YouTube with automatic graphics overlays
• Player statistics tracking, match history, and performance analytics
• Club and tournament management tools

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the scoring interface, TV display layouts, streaming graphics, logos, and branding — are owned by 1SCOR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or club use, in accordance with these Terms. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any match data, player information, or other content you submit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant 1SCOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including YouTube and Google services, to enable live streaming and display features. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1SCOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of live streaming during a match or tournament.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
