1SCOR is a live scoring, streaming, and statistics platform for snooker and billiards. This page explains exactly what we collect from club administrators, scorers, and players, why we collect it, and what stays under your control.

What we collect depends on how you use 1SCOR — as a player, a scorer, a club administrator, or simply as a viewer of a live match.
When you create a 1SCOR account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (player, scorer, club administrator, or organiser). Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication, including email/OTP verification and QR-code device pairing for scoring and TV devices.
The core of the Service is live scoring, so we process the data scorers enter during a match: frame-by-frame and shot-by-shot events, running scores, match results, player statistics, and match history. This data is what powers live TV displays, stream overlays, rankings, and performance analytics.
We collect device identifiers for scoring devices, Android TV/Smart TV displays, and streaming devices registered to your club, along with IP address, app/browser version, operating system, and general usage data, so we can keep the right devices synced to the right live match.
Club administrators and players may optionally upload profile or player photos, which are stored to display on TV overlays, streams, and player profiles.
If you purchase a subscription, table plan, or tournament entry, payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain a record of the transaction itself (plan, amount, and date) for billing, invoicing, and support.
If a club administrator connects a YouTube account for live streaming, we access limited Google account data as described in Section 8, YouTube / Google API Services.

1SCOR is built around live, public scoring — this is different from most apps, so we call it out explicitly. While a match is in progress and afterwards in match history, the following is visible to anyone with the match or club link, and to viewers of any connected live stream:
We don't publish your email address, phone number, device identifiers, or payment information. If you have concerns about a specific player name or match being public, contact us at privacy@1scor.com.
Your data is stored on Google and AWS Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to non-public data is restricted to authenticated accounts and role-based permissions (player, scorer, club administrator), and administrative access is limited to the systems needed to operate the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and monitor for unauthorised access.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Completed match data, statistics, and history are retained to preserve rankings, leaderboards, and historical records for the clubs and tournaments involved, even after an individual account is deleted, unless you request removal of your personal identifiers under Your rights & choices.

Junior players sometimes compete in club and tournament matches scored through 1SCOR. Where a player is under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction, we require that their account be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or club administrator on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children outside of this club-managed context.
If you connect a YouTube account through 1SCOR Manager, we request the youtube.force-ssl permission (scope) from Google to create, schedule, and manage live broadcasts and live streams on your YouTube channel on your behalf, for the purpose of running scored live matches through 1SCOR.
Specifically, this integration:
Your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions above on your behalf. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except as required to provide the live-streaming feature itself. You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from within 1SCOR Manager, which revokes our access, or directly at Google Account Permissions.
1SCOR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1SCOR operates from India, and your data may be processed on servers located in India or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. This policy, and any dispute relating to it, is governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai, India having exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update this policy from time to time as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
